Discounts Available for Direct Booking

A deposit of £100 (€100) or £200 (€200) for groups is required to confirm a booking. This will be held until after visitors leave and will be returned in the post if the accommodation is left reasonably clean, tidy, and with no loss or damage.

50% of rent for Bank Holidays and July and August is required six weeks prior to arrival, balance on arrival. In the event of cancellation the deposit is forfeit, the 50% of rent will be returned in the form of a credit note to be used against a future holiday, providing a re-booking of the cancelled holiday occurs.
