This was previously registered as Bed and Breakfast Accommodation but due to the facilities provided, proved more popular as self catering accommodation. Extensive recent refurbishment now gives a very comfortable unit with a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, with shower and bath, a dining/sitting room with large windows giving a panoramic view of the Mourne Mountains and a fully equipped kitchen area. There are French windows opening onto a lawn. A cot is available and additional sleeping space could be made available on the settee. This is ideal accommodation for the not-so-young and might suit those with moderate mobility problems, as all the accommodation is on the ground floor.

Although this is not usually hired out, extra people (e.g. older children) known to the visitors in the annex may be accommodated in the caravan. Occasionally in extreme circumstances, others may also use it, using sleeping bags.
